Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
The Vanilla Cupcake is a basic part of our bakery flavours. We decided to throw the glove and give you the recipe. :)
You can bake it at home, personalize it, and then publish it at our Facebook page. Our Vanilla Cupcake is the one preferred for children parties, but not only. It has no chocolate, no nuts or other supplements, and its fine texture and tender flavour make it a suitable base for other cupcakes.
Tips:
- Use softened butter, but don’t melt it.
- Keep the eggs at room temperature
- Be sure to measure all your ingredients beforehand, line the paper cups in the muffin tray, and preheat the oven before you start, so it can reach the necessary temperature on time.
For the base:
- 125 g white flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 125 g white sugar
- 125 g butter (a small package)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- vanilla essence
Mix the butter and sugar on high speed until you get a white fluffy cream. Then add the eggs one by one, followed by the flour, baking powder (sifted together), and the milk. Divide the batter into even parts, then fill the paper cups, then bake evenly until golden for about 15 minutes. Set the oven to 190C (or 170C with a vent).
After taking them out of the oven, you should leave them to cool down on a rack or a tray.
For the frosting:
- 250 g butter
- 500 g powdered sugar
- vanilla essence
Whisk the butter and sugar using a mixer on high speed until white and fluffy. Add some vanilla essence and there you have it.
You can fill the frosting in a piping bag or spread it over the cupcakes with a spatula.
After the cupcakes have cooled down, you could carve them with a knife, fill in the hole with your favourite jam, then cover it with the carving leftovers, put some frosting on and send is a pic! :)
Then, of course, you eat it..
