Pear Cupcake

This is our splendid Pear Cupcake.
With its brand new decoration we think it’s even more splendid. Initially we thought it would only make a seasonal appearance, but it soon became everybody’s favourite and deserves a place in our everyday menu all year long. We peel and slice fresh pears just before we put it in the oven and all other ingredients are the good ol’ cupcake classics: flour, fresh eggs and cow’s butter.

We decorate it with caramel flavoured chocolate curls. They are pretty appealing and as soon as you take a bite off the cupcake, you’re going to feel them tenderly crunching whilst adding a caramel note to the light cheese cream frosting.
